One on one fist fights, or put the hours in and get stronger.
Armory
Licences and supplies the equipment the city services run on.
Hospital
Patches up whoever the city breaks, and asks questions afterwards.
High Rise Apartments
Somewhere to actually live. Buy a flat, or work the building.
