Hospital
The hospital runs the city's emergency response. When a fight spills out of a bar or a job goes wrong on the docks, the call comes here first.
Staff work in shifts out of the ward on the North West Corner. Paramedics take the callouts, doctors handle whatever comes through the doors, and reception deals with everybody who walks in convinced they are dying.
It is the easiest organization to start in with no experience, and the busiest. You will meet more of the city in a week here than anywhere else, usually at its worst.
